HOW ONLINE THERAPY WORKS

Getting started is easy. Call me at 212-444-2168 or email monabrownetherapy@gmail.com to schedule your first session. I’ll email a confirmation and link to my online therapy platform with instructions and registration materials.

When it’s time for your session, situate yourself in a private space with a computer, tablet or smartphone. Choose a talking space that is secure, private and reasonably soundproof with a lockable door to protect your confidentiality. We will be able to see and hear each other during our live online video session.
